{{ Stir-fry Rice noodle with prawns and holy bazil}} Phad Kee mao sen chan koong
Ingredients
80g Rice oodle ( soaked with cold water for at least 30 mins)
40g cabbage
1pc egg
5 to8 pc Prawns
3 tb chicken stock
3 tb olive oil
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
4 pc bird's eye chili
6 leaves holy basil leaves ( bai kra- praow)
Seasoning ;
1tp light soya sauce
1/2 tp dark soya sauce
1/2 tb sugar
1tp fish sauce
1/2 tb oyster sauce
1/4 tb white pepper powder
Method ;
1. in the mortar: crashed garlic , birds' eyes chiles and set aside
2. in the wok on medium heat, - grabe seed oil , garlic and chillies until aroma develops.
3. add prawns, chicken egg and rice noodle and chicken stock.
4. stir until te noodles gets soft and add hte cabbage add all seasoning at last
5. add the holy basil leaves before serving on table.
