蒜辣雞翼尖 (附食譜 ) hot chilli chicken wings with garlic sauce





Recipe : 

雞翅chicken wings - 2 poungs / 2 packs
辣椒chilly - 10 numbers 
蒜蓉garlic - 2 nrrs or 1  1/2 numbers 
紹興酒chinese wine - 250 ml 
water - 100ml app,
salt - 1 tp
olive oil- 2 tp

雞翅chicken wings - 2 poungs / 2 packs
use hot water bath to clean chicken wings. 
seasoned with salt for 20 mins 


garlic - grounded 
chilly - grounded



cooked with Chinese wine until boiled + add water just cover the chicken wings
after boiled - add garlic + chilli 
cooked for 30 mins and cover with lid for another 30 mins







wala ! ready to serve.
